The staff was cheerful, the position was simple and the room was gorgeous. The bed was cozy and it was great having blackout drapes and power sockets. A mall and supermarket were right next door. I had access to easy free parking, heated pool.

my very enjoyable experience in bishop's stortford. lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, terrace and free tea. plunge swimming pool in the hotel was excellent. décor was elegant, great value.
